The group started spinning the yarn of success and innovation in 1942 with its Spinning and Knitting business, having its vision firmly focused on the future. Building upon the experience of being into  100% exports till 2005, it translated that vision into reality by foraying into the field of engineering, civil engineering and real estate thereon forth, to give expression to your dreams and tools for their realization. It now has five overseas wholly owned companies with warehouses abroad (Canada, UK, Australia and two in China). The Group also owns two manufacturing locations in India on more than 75000 sq. meters of area, manufacturing Forgings, Castings and Scaffolding Systems.

In this process of, what we call, lateral diversification, the group has become a dynamic conglomerate constantly giving its customers immaculate service and superb quality.
